What it costs

Simple, honest pricing

Most clients begin with just one 60-minute session a week. Here's exactly what that gets you.

Starting from$150 per 60-minute session + GST · rates run $150 to $375, depending on the therapist you're matched with.

Every session, you get

  • A full 60-minute session (most offer 50)
  • An experienced therapist matched to you
  • Clarity on what's going on, and a plan
  • Practical tools and coping skills you keep
  • A safe space to be heard
  • In person or online, your choice

Optional: take-home notes summarising your session, recorded with your consent, for a small added fee.

Cost shouldn't stop you getting help.

We're not rigid about cost. Bring it up on your free chemistry call, and we'll work with you:

  • Sliding scale: a rate set to what you can manage
  • Package rates: pay less per session when you book a few
  • Insurance claims: we write the reports so you can claim it back

Common questions

What people ask before they book

Are my sessions private?

Yes, completely. What you say stays in the room. There is no medical record, and nothing goes to your employer or your family. The only limit is the legal duty every counsellor works under, the same at any clinic. We have two private locations, Raffles Place and Joo Chiat, and you can also meet online from home.

Do I need to be in crisis to come?

No. You do not need to be in crisis. Most people come because something has been weighing on them, like work stress, a low mood, a relationship, or a past event, and they would rather not carry it alone. If it matters to you, it is worth a conversation.

What if the therapist isn't right for me?

Tell us after your first session and we will match you with someone else. Fit is the single thing that makes or breaks therapy, so you are never stuck with the wrong one. The free 15-minute chemistry call is there to check the fit before you ever book a full session.

What happens on the free 15-minute chemistry call?

It is a short, no-pressure call with the therapist we have matched to you, not a salesperson. You talk through what is going on, get a feel for them, and decide if it is the right fit. No payment, no commitment. If it feels right, you book your first full session. If not, we will match you with someone else.

What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?

Often the difference is fit. The thing that decides whether therapy works is whether you click with your therapist, and a lot of people give up after one who was not the right match. We match you deliberately to someone who specialises in what you are going through, and the free 15-minute call lets you check the fit before you commit. If it is still not right, we will move you.

How do I know it will help me?

Many clients notice a shift in the first session or two, a clearer sense of what they are feeling and a little more room between a trigger and their response. You are matched to a qualified therapist, at a practice led by Dr. Glenn Graves (Ph.D., EMDR), with a team of Master's-trained counsellors and psychologists. Lasting change is the work of a course, usually 10 to 15 sessions, and your engagement matters. If it is not helping, we will look at a different therapist or approach with you.

What does it cost?

A 60-minute session ranges from $150 to $375 + GST, depending on the therapist we match you with. You are never locked into a package, and you decide as you go. If cost is a concern, bring it up on your free chemistry call. We offer a sliding scale and package rates, and we write the reports you need to claim on insurance.

What is different about you?

We match you to a therapist who specialises in what you are going through, instead of leaving you to choose. We work on the root first, like trauma or stress, before the symptoms it drives, like poor sleep or focus. Sessions are a full 60 minutes, not the usual 50. And you get someone who listens, shows up on time, and stays with you.

Still have a question? That is exactly what the free 15-minute chemistry call is for.
